A poem for the heavy heart in need of healing:

my heart is heavy today

the emotions sweep in and decay

the joy i carry - I'm in the dark

i ask myself why i search for eternal spark?

in this darkness the leassons i learn

ignite my flame the glow, embers burn

love and light isnt the destination

its each feeling, each voice, each hesitation

that molds and creates who we are

and shows us to trust ourselves and our own radar
