This season is an incredible time to step into the path of learning reiki as this energy clears space for you to EVOLVE.
During our time together, you will become attuned to Reiki which enables you to become a channel for this healing energy. Once attuned you will be able to offer Reiki to yourself for the rest of your life.
Reiki is recommended for people who are interested in stress management, sacred connection, self-study, intuition connection, self-healing, and personal growth. Besides giving Reiki to yourself, after this course, you will be able to offer Reiki to family members, friends, and pets. It can be utilized in so many ways!
Included in your retreat:
Level One Usui Certification
Reiki Level 1 opens the mind, body, and spirit in a whole new way. By choosing to begin this process, you are giving yourself permission to study self and learn the level of growth you are meant to reach. Stepping into this process will teach you to heal yourself while being supported,
· Access a deeper understanding of energy fields and chakras to strengthen client & personal healing.
· Access manifesting tools using Reiki symbols.
· Increase your own vibration through deep self-healing.
Shared Accomadations
Tierra De Suenos is an eco friendly retreat center in Puerto Viejo Costa Rica, on the edge of Playa Chiquita.
Accomadations are shared. This is a great reason to bring a friend or family member (you both get a discount too!) Private accomadations can be made available for an additional fee - please inquire about this in your Consultation call.
The bungalows are built into the jungle, preserving the land and respecting the animals that reside there,
This is a rustic setting and there is no air conditioning. However, each room has a fan and lots of ventilation.
Each bungalow has its own shower and bathroom.
Wifi is present only in the main lodge.
Vegetarian Meals
Your include meals are:
dinner at Sunday arrival (dependent on when you arrive)
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Monday-Saturday
Our night out together for dinner authentic to the area
Breakfast Sunday before departure
alcohol not included

Reiki - a form of energy healing - is an ancient practice that is used to relieve stress, improve health, and support physical and emotional healing.
Research has shown that using Reiki as a complementary therapy activates the parasympathetic nervous system to heal the body and mind via the relaxation response.
In modern times, the practice of reiki has spawned many lineages. I teach the original style of reiki, called Usui reiki. It is named after the man who discovered reiki many decades ago.
